  • Comment: Other than the annoying overuse of autotune, this is an expertly made pop CD. The lyrics are as deep as a layer of dust, but that's not the point of this music.

    What most impresses me is that the tracks take the very complex beats of current music and simplifies them for mass appeal. For the most part, we get simple 4/4 beats right out of the early 90's. Then adds a hummable melody that most current beat-heavy music lacks. Wow, did that work for her and her band.

    The CD deserves its popularity. I just wish there was more to the lyrics than "I like it rough" over and over again.

  • Comment: I'm no way a youngster I'm 63. This young women caught my ear the first time I heard her sing. She has a voice for all ages. Each song is for someone else. Of course I like all the songs. I think she is daring, but not to an extreme. I'm a child of the 60's so I've seen it all. You would be buying a CD that you can listen to the entire CD and say WOW I liked it all. I hate buying a CD and only one song catches me. Not so here, it's all good. Get it today and keep listening. Keep singing Lady GaGa and I'll keep buying.
